Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to StroomChat. This is a paid SaaS (Software as a Service) product. By accessing our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Account & Platform Limits

  • One Account, One Connection: Each User is limited to connecting maximum 1 Instagram account, 1 WhatsApp account, 1 Facebook Messenger account, and 1 Threads account to a single StroomChat account.
  • User Roles: The account Owner can invite other users with roles: Editor, Contributor, or Viewer. Only the Owner can connect/disconnect platform accounts.

3. Payment Model & Credits

Tier 0 (Basic - Paid)

Tier 0 is a one-time payment service. This is NOT a free tier. Users receive limited credits that do not auto-renew. Once exhausted, credits do not renew but can be added via Top-up.

Tier 1-3 (Subscription)

Periodic subscription services. Credit points renew every period. Higher tiers receive larger credit quotas.

Credit Rules & Expiration

  • If credits run out while your subscription is still active, you must Top-up to continue using features.
  • If your subscription expires, your account will automatically Rollback to Tier 0. You may continue using features to spend any remaining credits until they are exhausted.

4. Purchases (In-App Purchase Only)

All Tier plan purchases and Credit Top-ups can ONLY be made via In-App Purchase on the iOS app (Apple App Store) or Android app (Google Play Store). The Web Dashboard is limited to viewing subscription status and credit balance; it does not support purchasing transactions.

5. Third-Party AI Services

StroomChat's automatic reply feature is powered by third-party AI infrastructure, namely Groq, which enables switching between LLM (Large Language Models). By enabling Meta integration in StroomChat, you understand and agree that message data from your audience will be processed by Groq. You are fully responsible for ensuring that your use of this AI chatbot does not violate your local privacy laws against your users or customers.

6. Restrictions

  • Reverse engineering of the StroomChat architecture is strictly prohibited.
  • Violation of Meta Platforms policies (including API misuse for spamming or manipulation) or Groq's AI usage policies may result in unilateral and permanent termination of our service access.
