- Connected Accounts: Authentication tokens for Meta platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger, Threads).
- Audit Trails: We log every request and account activity for audit trail and security purposes.
- User Roles (RBAC): We process data based on assigned roles: Level 1 (Owner), Level 2 (Editor), Level 3 (Contributor), and Level 4 (Viewer).
2. How We Use Data
- To provide AI-based chatbot automation services.
- To manage strict access permissions based on roles (RBAC) so users strictly access relevant data.
- To improve NLP model accuracy and operational efficiency.
3. High-Level Security (Zero Trust)
- Zero Trust Architecture: We apply strict security principles where no access is trusted by default.
- Military Grade Security: Data is protected with high-standard encryption, Database Sanitization to prevent injections, and JWT authentication.
4. Data Sharing and Third-Party Processing
To provide artificial intelligence features, we connect with Meta Platforms API and use a third-party service, Groq, to process data obtained from Meta. Received messages are securely sent through the Groq API to be analyzed using various Large Language Models (LLMs) to generate automatic responses. We only share data that is strictly necessary to produce AI responses. We do not sell your personal data or interaction data to any third party.
5. Your Rights
You may contact customer support to request the deletion of your account along with all activity logs and associated data, including revocation of access tokens to Meta platforms.
